    Dear Unitholder/Investor,
    On 11 February 2011 – the Fund changed is denomination from EUROPEAN LIFE SETTLEMENTS FUND FCP-SIF into FUND HOUSE FCP-SIF and the Management Company changed its name from EUROPEAN LIFE SETTLEMENTS MANAGEMENT Sàrl into GLOBAL FUND HOUSE MANAGEMENT Sàrl.
    As of 1st April 2011 the Management Company has delegated the central administration function and the principal paying agent function to Vistra Fund Services S.à r.l. with its statutory seat at 15, rue Edward Steichen, L-2540 Luxembourg in replacement of Custom House Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. 
  • As of 27st January 2011, JTC Luxembourg S.A., shall acts as the domiciliary agent of the Management Company which its registered office at 46a, boulevard J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg in replacement of Equity Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A..
    These changes will be reflected in an updated Offering Document and Management Regulations of the Fund dated April 2011.
