  The International Life Settlements Fund was established in 2006. The Partners invested the first two years in organisation, procedures and processes. Today's organisation and structure is at the fore front of the Life Settlements industry.

  Directors
  The Directors believe strongly in offering the best life settlement investment available within the sector. ILSF is a Fund that is established in the heart of the European Fund Industry, Luxembourg.

  The Directors gathered extensive specialised knowledge to become THE Fund provider in Luxembourg. The responsible members for ILSF have over 20 years experience in finance, fund management, life insurance business and structuring of investment products. Their background enables them to be at the front of any new development, while offering the best structure and solid absolute return to the ILSF investors.

  Specialists
  At ILSF we have developed, in close cooperation with life settlements specialists, various funds and related products for financial institutions as well as for the well informed private investor. The operational side of ILSF is the responsibility of Mr. Learbuch. Mr. Learbuch is a fund industry veteran and a specialist in the day-to-day operational management of Funds. Mr. Dijkman has extensive experiencing in structuring bespoke investment vehicles for institutions, pension funds and HNWs. Our Funds are being distributed via financial intermediaries, various platforms, insurance wrapped products and straight forward investments via private banks, asset-managers and others throughout the UK, Europe and the Far-East. With Mr. Cooper as the delegated Head of Marketing & Sales, ILSF has a well experienced member overseeing the distribution and the positioning of ILSF within the Life Settlements investment industry.
• • Mr. Frans Blommestein | Director & Partner   
    Mr. Blommestein has 25 years’ experience in finance, worked internationally and held various senior leading management positions as CFO within private and public companies. Mr. Blommestein started his career at bank Mees & Hope in Amsterdam and holds a master degree in economics from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
  • Mr. Bas Dijkman | Director & Partner   
    Mr. Dijkman has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, worked internationally and held various senior leading management positions within derivatives trading, structuring & advisory departments within banks in The Netherlands, Germany and the UK. Mr. Dijkman holds a master degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
  • Mr. Patrick Kloezen | Director & Partner   
    Mr. Kloezen has 18 years’ experience in the life insurance industry. Prior to ILSF Mr. Kloezen built his own life-insurance sales organization, that became one of the largest of the Netherlands and worked as a sales manager for a large life-insurance sales company. Mr. Kloezen holds a bachelor degree from the International Business School in The Netherlands
  • Mr. Marcel Learbuch | Head of Operations   
    Mr. Learbuch has over 25 years’ experience within the financial industry and worked for various financial institutions and fund management companies in The Netherlands, Gibraltar and Luxembourg. Mr. Learbuch specialized in the operational side of the fund industry and was involved in the management of various funds and the day-to-day operational management.
