Introduction to The International Life Settlements Fund
ILSF represents the next generation of Life Settlement funds, offering transparency, Luxembourg regulation and a conservative risk-management approach.
The overall investment objective of ILSF is to achieve long term capital appreciation and growth by investments in Life Settlements or Traded Life Policies (TLPs). ILSF will not invest in Viatical Policies. ILSF invests in US life settlements and is the on-shore alternative to comparable funds domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and the like. Luxembourg has a strong position in Continental Europe and a global presence in the Fund industry due to the strong Regulatory Infrastructure of the CSSF and internal tax-treaties that are highly regarded throughout the world.
The CSSF is also well connected with all regulators in the European zone.
ILSF is restricted solely to Well-Informed Investors such as institutional investors, professional investors and any other Well-Informed Investors, as specified under Article 2 of the Luxembourg Law of 2007.
