• The process
  Applications for subscription of ILSF can be made on any business day. The subscription is valid for the next valuation date of ILSF.

  The acceptance of Subscriptions is based on an application form for each separate share-class. The minimum amount for acceptance is Euro 125,000 for each share-class except for the I-share, where the minimum is set at Euro 1,000,000.

  Additionally to the minimum requirement, the Fund can accept any amount based on an additional standard Know Your Client form. Based on this form the Board of Directors may accept subscriptions lower as the required minimum amount.

  ILSF is restricted solely to Well-Informed Investors such as institutional investors, professional investors and any other Well-Informed Investors, as specified under Article 2 of the Law of 2007.
